We, as human beings, thrive on REAL food. It sounds simple, but the food industry has lost its connection to nature, leaving us with snack options filled with inflammatory seed oils, refined sugars, incomplete plant protein, and not-so-"natural" flavors.

We created PRIMA to return to our roots. We believe in movement, grounding, community, and, most importantly, eating the nutrient-dense, bioavailable foods our ancestors evolved to eat.
